Hennessy Building Ltd have been established for over 22 years now, building an excellent reputation as a building contractor within Bath & the South West area due to our exceptional workmanship and reliable tradesmen. As members of a number of trade organisations- including the Federation of Master Builders, the NHBC and the European Builders Federation- you can rely on our work to comply with all necessary industry standards. COMPANY HISTORY
Managing Director Shaun Hennessy is a time served carpenter and joiner with more than 20 years experience in the building trade. Shaun branched into contract management before eventually utilising his years of skills and experience to establish his own company; Hennessy Building Ltd. The company has since grown from strength to strength without ever forgetting the importance of developing strong working relationships with our clients, working by the motto 'big enough to cope, small enough to care.' We go out of our way to ensure that your project is well managed and stress free, liasing with local planning offices and architects on your behalf. Hennessy Building Ltd are proud of our reputation for completing projects within the agreed timescale and budget.
We serve the entire South West area including Bath, Bristol, Glastonbury, Wells, Shepton Mallet, Street, Taunton, Cheddar, Axbridge, Wedmore, Burnham on Sea and Bridgewater. We can provide expert advice on potential building and maintenance work and offer free designs and estimates.
THE NHBC
The NHBC are the standard setting body for new build and newly converted homes in the UK. NHBC registered builders agree to comply with the strict rules and high standards dictated by the board when completing any construction work.
